Legal terms and conditions for all sales. No warranties are made or given. Not responsible for typographical errors. Although we do our best to accurately describe each piece and attribute it to the proper artist or studio, unintentional errors do occur. Scanning or digitizing art does not always accurately reproduce the true condition or image of the piece. As such, please inquire about the condition of each item prior to making any purchases.

Before digital imaging and the internet, certain older pieces in my collection were stamped on the back of the page with my old business card, (i.e., animated ink “inkwell image”, my name and old contact information - SEE SAMPLE IMAGE BELOW). This was done for insurance and anti-theft purposes. It is similar to DC or Marvel stamping the back of the art with copyright notices.

I no longer stamp any new art in my collection. Original art is one of a kind and SOLD AS IS.
